I offer firm-managed QuickBooks Online subscriptions with optional ongoing advisory support for clients who want more than software access alone. When you enroll through my firm, your QuickBooks Online subscription is billed and managed by us at discounted, firm-preferred pricing while you retain full ownership and control of your account and data.

IMPORTANT Eligibility Notice:

Firm-preferred pricing is exclusive to new subscriptions initiated directly through our firm enrollment process. Accounts purchased independently via the Intuit/QuickBooks website are subject to standard retail pricing and typically cannot be converted to our discounted plan retroactively.

Our Subscription Management plans provide access to QuickBooks Online with subscription setup and ongoing administration only. The Advisory Services Subscription is designed for clients who want recurring financial insight, guidance, and support beyond software access, including review of financial activity, categorization guidance, documentation support, and strategic recommendations tailored to your business.

Discounted pricing applies to eligible new subscriptions and eligible new add-on services (like Payroll and Time) managed through my firm. For existing subscriptions transferred to our management, discounts may vary based on Intuit’s transfer policies.
